Job Description
We are looking to recruit a corporate lawyer, who has corporate, commercial and residential property legal background to join our group legal department based in Dubai.
· This is a broad corporate role involving wide range of legal matters with commercial contracts and negotiations which are included in commercial law.
· To provide proactive legal advice, support and negotiate regarding commercial property and residential property including freehold / leasehold work, commercial and residential conveyance and other transactions, registrations etc., including high net worth transactions, negotiating terms with parties, handling buying or selling and closing transactions.
· Duties also include document preparation, recording legal documents with the registrar/ authority and general advice for commercial / civil laws.
· Will also be responsible for managing issues regarding local laws / labor laws / immigration / civil etc.
· Experience in corporate commercial law is essential.
· You must be a law degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and property law.
