An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive chef who has a background in either large volume contract catering units and or 5 star hotels to oversee the food operation of this international university based in the UAE You will be overseeing the whole food operation including Student dining, Live buffet station, Cafes, Casual dining outlets/restaurants, Staff dining, Events/ C&B

Requirements

Trade qualifications Experience of setting up a new Unit COSHH and HACCP Track record working with in a Contract catering environment for High end schools, University or large office buildings Client sign off And the ability to work to budgets and schedules as outlined by the client You will have to presentable, professional and approachable at all time and have written references that will support this You will be manage a busy kitchen, creative (you will be responsible for all menus) food costing, pricing and p/l accountable.
