Residential Land Development Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of engineering design, permitting and construction of residential (or commercial) land development projects to include: Design experience in Stormwater and Associated Modeling, Paving, Grading and Utilities, Write proposals, schedules and manage financial aspects of projects, Provide all client coordination required to complete projects.
Also responsible for production, schedule, and overseeing team, Minimum 3 – 5 years experience. 5 or more years experience managing residential/commercial development projects.
