The Role
Our client is a unique and creative organization focused on expos, exhibitions to themed environments. We are always in lookout for talented individuals in various levels. This is a diverse organization who understands different cultures and traditions.
We are currently seeking experienced Sponsorship Sales Managers for upcoming exhibitions. This is a stand-alone role reporting to the Sales Director. You will have hands on experience in managing existing account and bringing in new business. Your responsibilities are as follows:
• Strategic business development focused on certain industry sectors.
• Market research and finding avenues for new business opportunities
• Visiting networking functions and exhibition events and diversifying your network
• Closing sales inquiries – inbound and outbound.
• Monitoring and reviewing competitors via publications and exhibitions
Requirements
• You will have at least 4-5 year’s experience in the sponsorship sales environment
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Arabic speaking will be highly desirable
• Proactive in approach and constantly looking for ways to maximize opportunities.
• Excellent rapport building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Well networked across UAE and the GCC will be highly regarded
