Responsibilities
To make direct sales / outbound sales calls to leads to enroll students for courses offered by the university
To make cold sales calls and warm leads
Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
Learn about new courses being offered
Skills & Experience Required
Ability to make outbound sales calls
Excellent communication skills – must be fluent in English
2-3 years experience in a call centre / telesales environment
Education
Diploma holder as a minimum
