The Role
Take control and ownership of complete project execution on time and within budget in accordance with internal ISO procedures and the Client's requirements. * Reporting of the Projects Department status to the Corporate Management Team on a regular basis. * Must have experience managing the program, commercial aspects, procurement and execution of large contracts independantly including subcontractor management, and liaising with client and consultant
Requirements
Must have over 15 years experience in High End Fit-Out and Joinery works * Middle East experience is essential and ideal candidate already located in UAE * Able to Manage projects of value AED 20 million from inception to completion independantly * Education Qualification of Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
